Aféxan Cosmetics currently ships to most worldwide* countries. Aféxan Cosmetics also offers local (Trinidad & Tobago) pick-up and delivery.

Local Pick-up — $0 (Pick-up within 7 days)
Local Delivery pay with PayPal, Cash, Linx, or Bank Transfer — $45.00 – $65.00 TTD* on orders under $300. Delivery price based on Location (Scheduled delivery within 7 days).
Free Delivery on all orders over $300 TTD!

*Delivery price subject to change based on location and carrier.

International Delivery — Varies by weight and destination. Please refer to TTPOST’s shipping chart on charges and delivery times. All prices are quoted in TTD

We utilize various shipping services for local delivery orders. These services include SPED TT, Odeliver, as well as a driver for special cases. All invoices will be marked with the appropriate tracking information once shipped. We utilize TTPOST for all international orders.

*Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international orders are currently on hold.

Aféxan Cosmetics retains the right to cancel any orders without prior notice to customers. However, Aféxan Cosmetics endeavours to always give customers adequate information upon cancellation if possible.

RETURNS + REFUNDS

Aféxan Cosmetics currently offers returns and refunds if you are not satisfied with our product. These policies only refer to items purchased directly from Aféxan Cosmetics. Products purchased from other retailing stores will abide by their policies.

Local Returns and Refunds

Returns are only offered to local customers (based within Trinidad & Tobago). Returns must be initiated by downloading a Return + Refund Form. Items received without a return form and order/receipt number will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped back (or dropped off) within 14 days of receiving the package. Refunds will be issued after receipt and review of the item(s) and Return + Refund Form. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days. All Items must be returned unused. Refunds will not be issued to products returned used. Partial refunds may be issued to opened but unused products.
