The founders of Aféxan Cosmetics uncovered the benefits of African Black Soap and Shea Butter after living cross-culturally for many years among the Guinean people group. After learning of the medicinal qualities of African Black Soap as well as the many other benefits, the Yearwoods realized that this was not a product that could be hidden, instead, it needed to be shared with Trinidad & Tobago and the world. The benefits of Grade A Shea Butter are more commonly known, and almost everyone has benefited from it.
